Press Release Summary: mediaFORGE CEO and Founder selected to present results of
recent widget-ad campaigns

Press Release Body: Salt Lake City, UT - May 8, 2008 - mediaFORGE today announced
that Tony Zito, the company's CEO and Founder, has been invited to speak at
WidgetWebExpo being held June 16-17 at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge
in Brooklyn, New York.

WidgetWebExpo brings together the leading voices from widget tool developers, social
network companies, and marketing and advertising professionals to discuss how to
extend and optimize marketing through web, mobile, and desktop widgets.

Zito is scheduled to present on June 16, where he will share his perspective and
experience in developing and rolling out several successful widget-ad campaigns.
During the session, he will describe the strategy, implementation and results of
Overstock.com's "Daily Steal" widget - a program that leveraged banner-widget
technology and generated a 24% increase in revenue (ROAS). The mediaFORGE widget ad
doubled conversion rates and dramatically increased brand engagement through
incremental interaction.

"Discussions about widgets and other social media tools typically turn to questions
about revenue, ROI, and business models. My goal is to provide tangible results from
real world deployments - where companies are using widget-ads to increase the
efficacy of their digital media and ads, engage website visitors, increase brand
awareness, and yes, increase conversion rates and revenue," said Zito.

mediaFORGE's interactive ad platform uses widgets to bring a new social dimension to
banner ads. As visitors roll over the ad, a flash-based widget appears that allows
users to interact with the content - enabling them to browse personalized specials,
take advantage of last-minute deals, view videos or pictures, and listen to music.
mediaFORGE widgets can be integrated into existing online advertising assets,
embedded within social networks, even downloaded to the desktop.

Early adopters of mediaFORGE's innovative conversational marketing technology
include: Overstock.com, REI, Nordstrom, Skullcandy, DirectBuy, and drugstore.com.
